At Isler, we believe world-class manufacturing is the foundation of world-class brands.
Our journey began with a simple yet ambitious vision — to build an Indian manufacturing company capable of designing, developing and producing appliances that match global quality standards.
The vision was brought to life by two founders with complementary expertise. One, an alumnus of IIT Kanpur, spent years in Germany before leading global supply chain and manufacturing transformation projects at Accenture. The other built deep expertise in the home appliance industry through years at LG Electronics.
Together, they shared a common belief: India has the talent, the market and the potential to become a global manufacturing powerhouse.
When Isler was founded in 2023, our initial objective was to become an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM), creating innovative, India-designed products backed by strong engineering and intellectual property.
However, as we worked with the manufacturing ecosystem, we encountered a significant challenge. Developing products that consistently met global quality standards proved difficult because India lacked the advanced manufacturing infrastructure required for precision appliance production.
Instead of accepting this limitation, we decided to solve it.
We established our first manufacturing facility in Greater Noida, which became operational in January 2025, with commercial production beginning in February 2025.

Over the coming years, Isler is expanding through new factories, backward integration, localisation of critical components and strategic technology partnerships.
Our long-term goal is to develop fully integrated manufacturing ecosystems capable of producing over 1 million appliances annually, enabling global brands to manufacture competitively from India.
