7. Permissible Age

The Services are not intended for Customers under the age of 18 (“Permissible Age”). If we become aware that a person submitting Personal Information is under the Permissible Age, we will delete the account and any related information as soon as possible. For Services involving the sale of alcohol or tobacco, the legal age as prescribed by the respective state where the sale is conducted will be considered as the Permissible Age for accessing such Services.

If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child under the Permissible Age has accessed the Services and/or provided us with Personal Information, then you may contact the Grievance Redressal Officer as per Clause 15 below and request that we delete the relevant Personal Information from our systems.
