Senior Manager Supply Chain
This role focuses on strengthening the supply chain for metal engineering components across India, Southeast Asia,
and China. Your responsibilities include identifying, onboarding, and managing suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.er performance, and guiding junior team members.
- Strengthen the supply base for metal engineering components in India, Southeast Asia, and China, covering CNC machining, forging, castings, extrusion, and fabrication.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers who meet quality, cost, and delivery standards.
- Leverage and expand relationships with suppliers in India, Vietnam, and China for the specified processes.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Align supply chain strategies with business objectives and manufacturing requirements.
- Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, including pricing, lead times, and payment conditions.
